Pablo Armenta, Real Estate Agent with vast experience in the real estate industry, specializing in Los Cabos market. Currently, I am a Broker in Baja California Sur, partner of C Property Group and Agent in EXP Realty México.

I specialize in working with Sellers, Investors, and Developers interested in the most coveted properties in the city, with particular focus on mid and high-end luxury homes.

In 2021, I founded C Property Group, A Real Estate Company in Los Cabos (previously called Pablo Armenta Real Estate Team), which is a real estate team specialized in Real Estate investments, focused on solving for our clients, all the stages around purchase and sale of a real estate property. In 2021 alone we were able to close deals totaling almost $2,000,000 US dollars.

My leverage with EXP Realty, one of the fastest growing agencies in the world, with presence in more than 20 countries around the globe, and with more than 85,000 agents, makes my professional business network grow day by day, and to which I have direct connection through our cloud-based platform.

I began my career in real estate by opening Stewart Title’s first office in 2004, and later managed a boutique real estate firm.

I have the sensitivity, knowledge and experience to handle any transaction while always focusing on the best possible outcome for my Clients.

Deeply connected to Los Cabos, I pursued a career at the Baja California Sur State Department of Tourism, where I acted as the Department’s Representative in Los Cabos from 2011 to 2016 and helped grow our magnificent Destination to the luxury mecca it is now.

I enjoy collaborating with local charities, love mountain biking, cooking and traveling.
