I’m Carlos Vallarino, a Real Estate and Property Management Professional with 18 years of operations experience in the Hospitality and Luxury Real Estate Development industries. Focused on the buyers’ market, from Los Cabos (San José del Cabo, and Cabo San Lucas) and La Paz City.

Born and raised in La Paz, and I’ve been visiting, living, and loving Los Cabos since my childhood. As a passionate Realtor/Local Expert, I’ll help you find the property of your dreams in this beautiful destination.

Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, I started my career at a famous Luxury Golf & Beach Club Development, and got involved in the Luxury Real Estate Development operations as well, as I have continued to do so for the last 16 years and now also committed with Real Estate.

Given the continuous interaction with buyers, homeowners, and realtors, It felt organic to add Real Estate Sales to my Property Management career. I have enjoyed it since day one and look forward to many more years.

My hobbies include relaxing at the beach with my family and occasionally surfing and mountain biking. I am a foodie; I love going to restaurants and trying good food, and great service. 

Sunrise or sunset walks at the beach with the family and pets are at the top of my list. And what’s really priceless is one afternoon going to the beach with my wife and kids, and then closing the day with good sushi at our favorite local restaurant.
